The Siemens SL2SCW-F LED Strobe is a ceiling-mount visual notification appliance designed to provide clear emergency signaling in commercial fire alarm systems. The device uses high-efficiency LED strobe technology to deliver reliable visual alerts while reducing power consumption compared with traditional xenon-based strobes.
Part of the Siemens SL2 Series, the SL2SCW-F supports multiple field-selectable candela settings on a single device, allowing installers to configure light output based on room size and code requirements. The selectable candela options include 15, 30, 75, 110, 150, and 177 candela, providing flexibility for both new installations and retrofit applications.
The LED strobe meets the NFPA 72 light pulse duration requirements, allowing LED strobes to be used within the same field of view as existing xenon strobes. The device is designed for indoor ceiling-mount applications and installs on standard electrical boxes or optional Siemens backboxes.
