Under Texas law, we collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within Texas. Sales taxes for orders shipped outside Texas will be collected as required by the applicable state.

2.4 Shipping and Delivery
  • We ship orders to addresses in the United States. Delivery options, costs and estimated times are displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order is processed. We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays).

2.5 Returns and Refunds

You may return most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returns are subject to approval. Items must be in very good condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Approved returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover reprocessing and restocking costs.

To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@firealarmsys.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after we receive and inspect your returned item.

2.6 Warranties and Disclaimers
  • Our products are provided “as is” except where otherwise stated. We make no other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • We are not liable for damages beyond the purchase price, except where prohibited by Texas law.

4. Shipping Policy
  • We process orders within 1 business day of payment receipt.
  • Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses unless explicitly stated.
  • If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier.
5. Return & Refund Policy (Summary)Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt.Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's.

  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to approved returns.

  • Items marked as final sale or customized products may not be eligible for return.
