Cancellation policy

To request cancellation of an order, pre-order, or backorder, contact sales@firealarmsys.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

We will confirm whether cancellation is possible based on the order’s processing and fulfillment status. A cancellation request is not confirmed until you receive our written confirmation.

If the order has already shipped, please follow our Return and Refund Policy. Approved returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and are subject to the conditions and deductions stated in that policy.
