Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is received. Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin after processing and are not guaranteed. Carrier or weather delays may occur.

We ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping to P.O. boxes or international addresses is available only when explicitly offered at checkout.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact sales@firealarmsys.com with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.

For approved returns, a 20% restocking fee and the outbound and return shipping costs are deducted from the refund. Please refer to our return and refund policy for the 7-day return window and conditions.
