The VESDA E700-CAP-KIT is a plastic connector kit designed for use with VESDA aspirating smoke detection sampling networks. It provides the fittings necessary to connect capillary tubing to miniature VESDA sampling points in concealed or cabinet-based sampling configurations.
In aspirating smoke detection systems, air samples are transported through a network of pipes to the VESDA detector. Capillary sampling allows smoke sampling points to be installed in concealed spaces, cabinets, or ceiling voids where standard pipe sampling points may not be practical.
