The VESDA VP-EC is a 3/4 inch CPVC end cap designed for use in VESDA air sampling pipe networks. It is part of the integrated VESDA Pipes & Fittings system engineered specifically for aspirating smoke detection applications.
Manufactured to 3/4" iron pipe size (IPS) dimensions per ASTM F442, the VP-EC provides secure termination of sampling pipe runs within a VESDA aspirating smoke detection system. The CPVC material offers smooth interior walls for optimized airflow performance, high fire resistance characteristics, and mechanical durability suitable for plenum-rated installations.
The VP-EC is UL 1887 listed for use in plenum-rated areas when installed as part of the VESDA CPVC pipe and fittings system.
