Product OverviewThe Wheelock Eluxa speakers by Eaton deliver high-fidelity sound output, while speaker strobe models feature advanced energy-saving LED technology with a full range of candela settings for indoor wall and ceiling-mount applications. With the industry’s widest frequency response (300 to 8000 Hz), the Eluxa ELSPK and ELSPST provide superior intelligibility for voice messages and tone signaling, making them ideal for fire alarms, emergency communications, mass notification, and voice evacuation.

Eluxa speakers and speaker strobes combine a low-profile, compact design with 6 field-selectable candela settings, dual voltage (25/70 VRMS) capability, and field-selectable taps from 1/8 to 2 watts (5W 70V). Pre-wire and pre-test features via a hinged mounting plate simplify installation, and no tools are required for setting adjustments. Models operate at 24V and are suitable for indoor wall and ceiling mount applications.

Eluxa strobes meet the 20-millisecond light pulse duration requirements of NFPA 72 (2016 edition), allowing LED and xenon devices to be installed in the same field of view. These appliances are UL, ULC, and RoHS compliant, and compatible with Wheelock RSS, Exceder LED3 systems, and all verified Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACP).
